Claim Posture
This paper is best treated as an external condensed-matter/topological-response analogue. It sharpens the language around Berry curvature, Chern transitions, Lindblad dephasing, and experimentally testable broadening signatures, but it does not by itself establish a Spin(2,3) material realization.
Before using this paper as framework evidence, compare its claims against ../../kernels/topological.md, ../../kernels/dynamics.md, ../../kernels/consistency.md, and ../../research/topological-dissipation/README.md.
Direct PDF text extraction was not available in this environment. The markdown notes were therefore extracted from the docx, while the PDF was spot-checked only at the metadata level: it is a Word-exported, 11-page companion and is treated as layout-equivalent unless a later manual comparison finds a mismatch.
The current session did not expose a local LaTeX compiler (pdflatex, xelatex, lualatex, or tectonic), so the .tex source was recreated but not compiled here.
