Programme Algebra Coverage

Result
The compiler projects every retained in-scope corpus source: 2,298 Markdown documents and 282 JSON or image materials. The machine layer exposes 28,157 top-level JSON record boundaries. The prose layer contains 31,851 authored sections and 171,255 bounded semantic units. It retains 248,663 observed containment or link relations and 3,572 additional referenced artifacts.
The epistemic lane recognizes 127 explicit parent-to-child research updates: 107 pass the evidence, classified-state, exact-signature and bounded-authority gate, while 20 remain as explicit refusal records. Their maximal chains produce 17 admitted and 15 rejected ALE route receipts. The empirical-return lane finds 87 experiment-shaped records: 61 join all six required fields and 26 retain their missing-field refusals. Scientific admission remains intentionally narrower. The four D02 seed families contribute 45 typed scientific objects and 16 admitted transformations; 15 transformations fail the strict gate. Of 18 bounded queries, 4 have at least one admitted candidate and 14 retain the negative boundary.
Coverage by depth
| Depth | Status | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Structural | Complete | Every in-scope Markdown, JSON and PNG source has an exact hash-bound object; every heading, bounded Markdown unit and top-level JSON record has a stable address. |
| Epistemic | Partial | 2042 documents declare status; 256 remain visibly unclassified. Explicit parent declarations may become proposal-only research-state transformations, but only after the epistemic gate passes. |
| Composed routes | Partial | Maximal explicit parent chains retain assumption, loss and evidence valuations; any failed edge, cycle or depth overflow rejects the route. |
| Empirical return | Partial | Complete packets join preparation, intervention, detector, nuisance model, record and decision rule. Admission means protocol completeness, never execution or empirical confirmation. |
| Scientific | Seed only | Only transformations satisfying exact endpoint, dimension, assumption, loss, evidence and authority gates are admitted. Current admitted families: D02 local, operator, rank-change and boundary. |

Fallback records remain structurally complete but need a schema-specific adapter before deeper semantic use. Current fallback count: 318.

Boundary
This report does not mean that every scientific argument has been formalized or every experiment has run. It means every source has a lossless algebraic address and that the compiler can distinguish observed documentary relations, admitted epistemic/scientific transformations, composed routes and protocol-complete empirical-return packets. Lexically assigned unit roles remain provisional, and machine-ledger semantics require declared schema adapters. The untyped remainder is now measurable rather than hidden.
The existing corpus remains canonical. Replacement requires the gates in the parallel-lane README, including held-out retrieval or reasoning improvements and an explicit migration decision.
