Corpus assessments for the frontier physics targets v1
Assessment vocabulary
- Within reach: the corpus contains an exact object and a finite calculation, implementation or experiment that could move the target.
- Near vicinity: the corpus and current physics share a carrier or mechanism, but one typed join or decisive measurement is absent.
- Mapped vicinity: relevant structures and tests exist, but they do not yet share a physical carrier or forward model.
- Gated: the present route ends at a named no-go, missing theorem, uncontrolled limit or new-physics requirement.
- Audit column: the target must be measured or reported across other experiments rather than pursued as an isolated mechanism.
These are reach assessments, not truth probabilities. “Within reach” means that the next gate is finite and executable.
FPT-001
Open-system contractive selection — within reach.
- Corpus assets: the universal projector connection, holonomy-driven selector model, self-generated-holonomy no-go, exact three-mode two-datum contraction, and the wall-localized determinant closure.
- Why it is close: the fixed point, positive Hessian and tangent spectral radius are now analytic in both an abstract return model and an explicit fluctuation determinant; platform ingredients are triaged in the robustness window and platform comparison.
- Missing join: no physical device iterates the complete return map with an independently measured wall or selector datum, and no microscopic action yet generates the certified determinant coupling without an equivalent spurion.
- Next promotion test: demonstrate projective closure, reversed coherent holonomy and \(\rho(D\mathcal R)<1\) from multiple initial projectors while retaining unconditional records.
- Related targets: FPT-002, FPT-005, FPT-015, FPT-016, FPT-018.
FPT-002
Inverse detector design and equivalence classes — within reach.
- Corpus assets: the detector-equivalence atlas, the exact efficient-score nuisance projection, detector-folding contraction theorem, design-matrix rank criterion, and the certificate-preserving descent atlas, which proves how detector kernels intersect while common apparatus symmetries survive.
- Why it is close: the local identifiability mathematics is already exact and mechanism collisions are enumerated.
- Missing join: a global generative simulator connecting controls, latent mechanism, nuisances and raw detector records for one priority platform.
- Next promotion test: find the least-cost added channel that separates the worst held-out mechanism pair after nuisance fitting.
- Related targets: every experimental target; especially FPT-001, FPT-003, FPT-004 and FPT-016.
FPT-003
Same-carrier thermoelectric--Casimir closure — near vicinity.
- Corpus assets: the Casimir generative probe, dispersion-force landscape, Seebeck/Nernst guideposts, spectral ladder, same-carrier closure design, the spectral boundary-dynamics firewall, and the executable pole-trajectory/Casimir proxy.
- Why it is close: Co2MnGa and related magnetic topological materials already supply longitudinal, transverse and optical response ingredients; Casimir torque supplies the boundary observable.
- Missing join: one causal broadband diagonal/off-diagonal tensor with propagated covariance and a nuisance-complete force or torque prediction for matched films.
- Next promotion test: predict a parallel-minus-antiparallel distance/angle curve without refitting and beat patches, roughness, domains and ordinary magnetic forces.
- Related targets: FPT-002, FPT-005, FPT-008 and FPT-018.
FPT-004
Two-current Planckian transport — integrated bridge supported; low-frequency rank externally gated.
- Corpus assets: the scalar detailed-balance result and proposed two-current extension in claim 1216, the physical energy-current construction gate, the exact finite periodic physical-current bridge, the execution programme, its production adjudication, the Ewald/cohomology reopening, the Coulomb differentiability boundary, the finite-q continuity kernel, the odd-torus gauge ladder, the screened order-of-limits collision, the source-complete dilute ladder, the matrix-free fixed-density convergence, the block/cross rank boundary, the frequency-moment compute boundary, and the broader two-current spectral closure.
- Why it is close: Production provenance, exact reconstruction, graph continuity, Ewald image decomposition, exact reciprocal-density reconstruction and native complex block/cross estimation now execute on the source-native oracle. Minimum image and seam occupy cycle and exact graph sectors respectively, and the reciprocal Poisson compensator closes on a differentiable short-range control.
- Missing join: equal-time gauges converge quadratically, the integrated block is rank two, and neither RMS direction diverges, but the current workspace cannot resolve where the second direction's weight lies as frequency, temperature, broadening and size limits are collided.
- Next promotion test: on a compiled symmetry-resolved or distributed implementation, reproduce the exact 3x3 block/cross spectrum and scale a common-sample KPM/typicality low-frequency integral through at least one larger odd cluster.
- Related targets: FPT-002, FPT-008, FPT-017 and FPT-019.
FPT-005
Phonon, magnon and hybrid-mode laboratories — within reach.
- Corpus assets: the hybrid-bosonic platform atlas and the earlier symmetry/phonon experimental registry.
- Why it is close: acoustic non-Abelian pumping supplies a fast emulator; photon--magnon--phonon strong coupling supplies a literal three-species carrier; magnon-polaron transport supplies a material-response fork.
- Missing join: an effective matrix and readout protocol that independently resolve splitting, damping, holonomy and detector phase.
- Next promotion test: perform the acoustic repeated-return experiment or close the YIG three-versus-four-mode susceptibility fork.
- Related targets: FPT-001, FPT-002, FPT-003, FPT-006 and FPT-021.
FPT-006
Non-Hermitian and Floquet geometry — near vicinity.
- Corpus assets: the non-Hermitian braid and phase-element platforms in the hybrid-bosonic frontier, the Floquet pi-sector independence result, and the Floquet chirality balance.
- Why it is close: present platforms can reconstruct complex spectra and left/right modes while varying loss and drive order.
- Missing join: a single protocol separating biorthogonal geometric transport from nonunitary attraction and detector conditioning.
- Next promotion test: reverse the coherent loop and independently vary gain/loss; require holonomy and apparent selection to follow different controls.
- Related targets: FPT-001, FPT-002, FPT-005 and FPT-016.
FPT-007
Defects, domain walls and index-carrying boundaries — mapped vicinity.
- Corpus assets: the boundary-defect selector branch, projector-defect clutching ladder, radial-localizer limitation, localized-crossing parity ledger, the exact memory-to-wall and wall-to-selector bridges, the free--Bloch--threshold--bound spectral atlas, and its executable trivial/topological rail collision.
- Why it is nearby: the corpus now contains exact index, parity, localization and response-determinant structures, plus explicit demonstrations that topology can protect a carrier while its non-topological embedding data drive selection.
- Missing join: a source-native bulk Hamiltonian whose defect index, embedding-sensitive response, transported observable and selector are all independently defined.
- Next promotion test: hold the index fixed while varying boundary realization and ask which measured information survives beyond mode count.
- Related targets: FPT-005, FPT-009, FPT-017 and FPT-021.
FPT-008
Hydrodynamic stress and multichannel response — mapped vicinity.
- Corpus assets: the stress-energy analysis, stress-to-Jordan reduction gate, dynamical closure branch, and the result that stress selects an RP2 director only after a physical channel triplet exists.
- Why it is nearby: positive spectral response and constitutive tensors already provide conventional multichannel cones against which a low-rank claim can be tested.
- Missing join: one frequency- and wavevector-resolved physical constitutive model carrying the proposed projector or selector.
- Next promotion test: compute the full stress/diffusion/sound/thermoelectric response matrix and determine whether conservation enforces a cone, face or ray.
- Related targets: FPT-003, FPT-004, FPT-010 and FPT-020.
FPT-009
Quantum-code and synthetic-gauge emulators — mapped vicinity with the finite control boundary closed.
- Corpus assets: the exact qutrit Lagrangian-polarization count, integral transvection lift, common qutrit glue versus binary lift, coupled-selector word, the exact source-restricted closure boundary, and the commuting-square descent criterion.
- Why it is nearby: finite symplectic shadows and logical operations are unusually explicit. The maximal source-visible alphabet closes at order 18, adding the compiled cross shear reaches 54, imported local dualities without cross coupling reach 1,152, and only their combination reaches the full order-51,840 group.
- Missing join: one physical carrier must supply both the mutual control and a polarization-changing control with measured leakage. The compiled cross word and Fourier/Legendre maps exist mathematically but are not yet jointly selected by source-native dynamics.
- Next promotion test: calibrate those two controls independently, use stabilizer witnesses to predict held-out words and forbidden orbits, and reject any success that requires a universal compiler or full logical tomography.
- Related targets: FPT-005, FPT-007, FPT-010 and FPT-019.
FPT-010
Scattering, causality and positivity bounds — mapped vicinity.
- Corpus assets: contracting scattering and Jordan response, Lorentzian residues and channel positivity, dressed chiral spectral positivity, null-link cellular causality, the current-research crosswalk, the spectral-shift/time-delay boundary synthesis, the continued-sheet pole sweep, the certificate-preserving descent atlas, which blocks incompatible source/target commutators, the relation--face compiler, the support-native order audit, the typed two-rail positive lift, and the Claimipedia–Sourcery extraction no-go, which proves that directed epistemic paths do not supply a scientific product or ALE valuation without new typing.
- Why it is nearby: the corpus has many consistency inequalities and explicit counterexamples preventing positivity from being overread as Spin(2,3).
- Missing join: an inequality whose extra force genuinely comes from contextual admissibility rather than standard unitarity, analyticity, passivity or causality.
- Next promotion test: state a candidate allowed region, construct conventional saturating models, and show that the proposed admissibility rule excludes at least one otherwise consistent point.
- Related targets: FPT-002, FPT-008, FPT-012 and FPT-014.
FPT-011
Flavour, neutrino and CP projector geometry — gated.
- Corpus assets: the research frontier synthesis, minimal doubled Furey arrow geometry, generation-universal incidence running, and five-coordinate observable map.
- Why it is in the vicinity: the corpus contains detailed representation, projector, Yukawa and CP invariants and has repeatedly isolated exactly which orientation data remain free.
- Missing join: a gauge-compatible action and overlap/path operator that predict masses or CP invariants without importing Yukawa data or a fitted basis.
- Next promotion test: obtain one no-refit flavour observable from a fully declared action and show radiative stability under its own thresholds.
- Related targets: FPT-007, FPT-009, FPT-012 and FPT-017.
FPT-012
Precision gravity and torsion — terminally gated on the present route.
- Corpus assets: the conventional torsion--flavour exhaustion theorem, the result that ordinary continuous symmetry cannot supply the missing mixer, and the known supersymmetric parent failure.
- Why it remains mapped: the corpus has unusually explicit healthy-pole, matching and precision-observable requirements, so new proposals can be rejected early.
- Missing join: either a UV grading/nonrenormalization theorem or a computed interacting matter--gravity fixed point and matched trajectory.
- Next promotion test: none inside the exhausted coefficient-selection route; new work must first pass one terminal reopening gate.
- Related targets: FPT-010, FPT-011, FPT-013 and FPT-017.
FPT-013
Cosmology, defects and vacuum selection — gated vicinity.
- Corpus assets: the typed external-phenomena validation map, cosmological/QFT closure gate, Spin(2,4) requirement for conformal cyclic cosmology, and the shared-scale no-go.
- Why it remains nearby: cosmology is where boundary, defect, vacuum and scale claims become globally testable, and the corpus already knows the required data sectors.
- Missing join: one covariant background-plus-perturbation model with common parameters across CMB, expansion, lensing and structure.
- Next promotion test: produce a joined likelihood; do not promote a one-number Hubble or curvature coincidence.
- Related targets: FPT-007, FPT-012, FPT-014 and FPT-017.
FPT-014
Constructive continuum and mass-gap control — gated.
- Corpus assets: the six-gap type firewall, lattice glueball evidence boundary, functional screening boundary, and the finite one-plaquette limitation.
- Why it remains mapped: the corpus has converted many apparent joins into precise non-equivalences, which sharply defines the real constructive target.
- Missing join: a regulator-, volume-, time- and operator-uniform bound that survives the continuum limit.
- Next promotion test: prove one genuinely uniform estimate; another finite scan, curvature box gap or gauge-fixed screening mass does not move the target.
- Related targets: FPT-010, FPT-012, FPT-013, FPT-017 and FPT-019.
FPT-015
Thermodynamic cost of selection and learning — within reach.
- Corpus assets: the exact selector-cost no-go and experimental ledger, the broader frontier expansion, and the equilibrium wall-localized fluctuation determinant.
- Why it is close: the corpus now has an explicit equilibrium free-energy selector with calculable contraction while still proving that contraction alone does not fix entropy production; heat, activity and reset work remain separate observables.
- Missing join: one physical selector operated in equilibrium-biased, driven and measurement-conditioned modes at matched apparent contraction.
- Next promotion test: measure precision, convergence rate, activity, heat and record-reset cost together and test a genuine tradeoff rather than infer one from contraction.
- Related targets: FPT-001, FPT-002, FPT-016, FPT-018 and FPT-020.
FPT-016
Measurement backaction and monitored phases — within reach.
- Corpus assets: the exact measurement-conditioned versus unconditional no-go, detector folding theorem, and the ill-conditioned reversal boundary.
- Why it is close: the Kraus-level distinction between record-conditioned purification and the unconditional channel is explicit, and current monitored-platform experiments provide nearby protocols.
- Missing join: insert the selector datum into a real monitored platform while retaining full records and independently calibrating feedback and loss.
- Next promotion test: reconstruct both trajectory-conditioned maps and the unconditional channel; forbid conclusions that depend only on selected records.
- Related targets: FPT-001, FPT-002, FPT-006, FPT-015 and FPT-019.
FPT-017
Renormalization and scale-stable admissibility — mapped vicinity.
- Corpus assets: the frontier scale-stability docket, discrete-continuum error budget, positive spectral quadrature bridge, the operator-dimension moat, the Efimov threshold/scale-cycle placement, the finite-size pole-trajectory scale test, and the exact two-stage descent error identity.
- Why it is nearby: many corpus results already state which structures survive restriction, matching or finite approximation, but they are not assembled into a composable scale map.
- Missing join: one explicit three-scale carrier with pushforwards of admissible sets, invariants, exclusions and uncertainties.
- Next promotion test: coarse-grain a target system twice and determine which target-defining statements commute with the two-step versus direct map without fitted basis changes.
- Related targets: FPT-004, FPT-007, FPT-011--014 and FPT-021.
FPT-018
Rare-event and large-deviation geometry — within reach as a diagnostic.
- Corpus assets: the dynamic response/metastability map, transition-operator, selection-rule and lifetime bridge, frontier rare-event docket, and the result that hysteresis supplies retained modification but not learning.
- Why it is close: waiting time, sweep rate, dwell distributions and reversal are available on nearly every proposed platform, while mature atomic and nuclear transition theory shows how a symmetry-classified operator becomes a measurable partial width.
- Missing join: trajectory-level sampling and rate-function analysis have not been made mandatory in selector experiments, and barrier escape has too often been conflated with an operator-access bottleneck.
- Next promotion test: on a declared carrier, identify the initial/final sectors and transition operator, then measure partial widths, polarization and dwell tails across a controlled reopening variable so kinetic freezing, a vanishing leading matrix element and detector loss cannot imitate one another.
- Related targets: FPT-001, FPT-003, FPT-015, FPT-020 and FPT-021.
FPT-019
Complexity and computational admissibility — audit column immediately within reach.
- Corpus assets: the certified target complexity cards, frontier complexity docket, detector-equivalence atlas, the distinction between projective and coherent data in the universal crossbar, and the K215 trust-boundary/descent assessment.
- Why it is close: the target-level audit now separates existence, preparation, sampling, detection and verification for FPT-001--010 and FPT-022, exposes the exponential walls in FPT-004 and generic FPT-009 tomography, and retains material-yield and convergence unknowns rather than calling them constant cost.
- Missing join: newly active packets are not yet mechanically required to link or replace the applicable target card.
- Next promotion test: enforce the five-stage schema at packet admission and reject any packet that hides Hilbert dimension, unrestricted tomography, an oracle in preparation or an unbounded continuum/truncation limit.
- Related targets: FPT-002, FPT-004, FPT-009, FPT-014 and FPT-016.
FPT-020
Causal spread, scrambling and speed limits — mapped vicinity and required diagnostic.
- Corpus assets: null-link cellular causality, the frontier causal-speed docket, and the foundational causality reconstruction requirement.
- Why it is nearby: selector convergence is already treated dynamically, but the speed of disturbance, information and control has not been separated from mixing time.
- Missing join: a calibrated locality/resource graph for a physical selector platform.
- Next promotion test: compare observed selection or decoding time with a Lieb--Robinson-type, transport or control-resource bound under system-size scaling.
- Related targets: FPT-001, FPT-008, FPT-015, FPT-018 and FPT-021.
FPT-021
Disorder, localization and glassy memory — within reach as an audit column.
- Corpus assets: the frontier disorder/glass docket, the result that topological memory forgets the projector, and the gapped-memory orientation no-go.
- New joined arm: translation-free exceptional topology turns disorder into a layer-by-layer intervention: real-space K-class, \(E_8\) chiral unit, rank-24 boundary lattice, Leech orbifold and Monster defect memory. Its first certificate proves that \(E_8^3\) and Leech collide under the coarse \((24,1,24,24)\) bulk detector while norm-two current content separates them.
- Why it is close: disorder strength, sample identity, waiting time and history can be varied on the photonic, acoustic and magnetic candidate platforms.
- Missing join: robustness of topology, detector overlap and selector attraction has not been measured in the same ensemble.
- Next promotion test: jointly scale disorder, sample count and waiting time; require topology, contraction and rare dwell statistics to be reported separately.
- Related targets: FPT-005, FPT-007, FPT-017, FPT-018 and FPT-020.
Portfolio consequence
AZ-056 supplies a shared exact asset for FPT-002, FPT-009, FPT-010, FPT-017 and FPT-019: the certificate-preserving descent atlas proves kernel invariance, detector-kernel intersection and two-stage defect composition, and records the K215 trust boundary. It sharpens these targets without promoting any cross-carrier physical identification.
The assessments form three practical clusters:
- Lightning conductor: FPT-001, 002, 005, 006, 015, 016, with 018, 020 and 021 as controls.
- Response and boundary branch: FPT-003, 004, 008 and 010.
- Long-horizon fundamental branch: FPT-007, 009, 011--014 and 017, with FPT-019 preventing computational existence from being confused with physical reach.
This clustering allows the corpus to notice when a result in one target changes the reach assessment of its neighbours without claiming that all targets have already joined.
FPT-022
Triality quotient scars and hidden-mode recovery — executable now.
- Corpus assets: the complete wave-6 exhaustion register, four-mode platform, resolved-versus-lumped dynamics, oriented detector, and singularity quotient.
- Why it is close: every finite invariant and predicted mode count has an executable certificate, and programmable resonator platforms can expose both individual and summed complex records.
- Missing join: no one apparatus has yet demonstrated the linked package of bright/dark splitting, first-order detector blindness, quadratic memory, cubic orientation and reversal.
- Next promotion test: build one hub plus three tunable outer resonators; preregister the resolved and lumped models; recover the two contrast modes and the orientation sign only when the corresponding detector faces are enabled.
- Cross-carrier control: AZ-126 supplies an independent eight-direction quotient scar in the Claimipedia relation carrier. It is a useful audit analogue for “lost under collapse,” but it is not evidence that the graph scar and the four-mode physical scar share a dynamics, group or material realization.
- Related targets: FPT-002, FPT-005, FPT-006, FPT-007, FPT-016, FPT-018 and FPT-021.
