Assume explicitly that God exists; for the specific kenotic reading also assume that God is unsurpassable in knowledge, power and goodness, that creation is genuinely other and intelligible, and that divine power ordinarily serves rather than needlessly replaces creaturely causation. Under those assumptions, the admissibility story can picture creation as a hospitable lawful region in which distinct beings, causes, histories and records genuinely matter.
