Exact assertion
A seam in the local motion algebra is not another name for a decay operator. It changes the kind of continuation available to a mode; a decay channel still needs its own coupling and destination. Full dynamics can remain invertible while the parent-mode projection has no practical return, because the continuation is carried by other modes. This makes a conditional W/Z conjecture precise without promoting it: a proposed elliptic/separating mixture may alter continuation geometry, while any additional pathway must be independently derived and must predict more than the known total width. Without an outgoing channel, seam crossing may become a candidate local closure point only after reflection, trapping, mode conversion, state-space extension and unobserved records are excluded.
The construction is admitted only after the named additional input is supplied. The page records the dependency instead of hiding it inside the conclusion.

Identify the named external input and verify that the construction follows after it is supplied.
