A stated candidate class or identification has been ruled out under explicit assumptions. checks assumptions, certificates, counterexamples and stopping rules.
Exact assertion
The stronger test is a revealing near-miss. For each target cell, one parameter vector is formed from the coordinatewise median of the other 53 cells, without reading any target impedance. It predicts 53 of 54 unseen cells inside the frozen limits; only ID07 fails, with 5.575% median error against the declared 5% ceiling while remaining well inside the 20% maximum-error limit. A common passive shape therefore spans almost the whole population, but one localized heterogeneity blocks the universal-law claim. The next look-here target is a preregistered hierarchical predictive distribution using independent cell metadata or a declared minimal calibration record, plus replicate and fixture covariance. That is a practical theoretical-engineering frontier. Neither the near-universality nor the exception is yet dynamics, a detector likelihood or new physics.
A specified candidate class fails under explicit assumptions. The conclusion does not automatically extend to mechanisms outside that class.

Check the assumptions defining the ruled-out candidate class; the no-go does not automatically extend beyond that class.
checks assumptions, certificates, counterexamples and stopping rules.
Break one of the no-go assumptions in a controlled construction, or show that the alleged obstruction does not follow within its stated class.
