A stated candidate class or identification has been ruled out under explicit assumptions. checks assumptions, certificates, counterexamples and stopping rules.
Exact assertion
One fixed 10 kHz complex calibration record then tests the smallest latent-state bridge. A neighbour count chosen entirely inside the other 53 cells lets their passive parameters predict 53 of 54 untouched spectra; ID07 improves but remains outside at 5.250% median error. A more literal physical reading—use the point to solve only series resistance and inductance while keeping donor-median relaxation weights—passes just 36 of 54. One point therefore carries real state information, but the state is not only an offset and slope. The next look-here experiment uses a second, separated calibration frequency that can see relaxation or diffusion, while keeping all evaluation rows untouched.
A specified candidate class fails under explicit assumptions. The conclusion does not automatically extend to mechanisms outside that class.

Check the assumptions defining the ruled-out candidate class; the no-go does not automatically extend beyond that class.
checks assumptions, certificates, counterexamples and stopping rules.
Break one of the no-go assumptions in a controlled construction, or show that the alleged obstruction does not follow within its stated class.
