Expanded claim page · assertion 2 of 3
A stated candidate class or identification has been ruled out under explicit assumptions. checks assumptions, certificates, counterexamples and stopping rules.
Exact assertion
The exact one-third selector map acts affinely on a density matrix or ensemble covariance. It can be built by indexed acoustic shots: route the returned field with probability one third, inject the independently calibrated Y preparation with probability two thirds, retain the branch labels and reconstruct the covariance. Every traceless covariance perturbation then contracts by exactly one third. Individual coherent shots do not contract; only the ensemble does.
A specified candidate class fails under explicit assumptions. The conclusion does not automatically extend to mechanisms outside that class.

Check the assumptions defining the ruled-out candidate class; the no-go does not automatically extend beyond that class.
checks assumptions, certificates, counterexamples and stopping rules.
Break one of the no-go assumptions in a controlled construction, or show that the alleged obstruction does not follow within its stated class.
