The follow-on calculation closes that mathematical boundary. The channel family is an exact nine-real-dimensional Choi spectrahedron; its two idempotent laws have fixed spaces of dimensions 3,236 and 3,126, differing by 110 empty-to-full seam coherences. Every family member is non-injective, so no discrete repair is a finite-time exponential of a bounded autonomous generator. All five named laws commute on disjoint seams and fail to commute on adjacent seams. The first idempotent fixes a full M₅₆(C) block, so its complex two-level corners form Gr_C(2,56); 55 counts only the source-basis empty/full pairs. No source rule chooses one complex plane or a real phase slice. Thus the current source yields detector- and schedule-relative local closure, not a canonical \(H_2(\mathbb R)\) carrier or \(\mathrm{Spin}_0(2,3)\) action. The surviving practical target is a phase- and order-sensitive emulator with explicit scheduler controls.
