Organizes thought or workflow but is not evidence for a physical claim. moves a structure between mathematical, physical or ordinary languages.
Exact assertion
This is the grounded meaning of the programme's recurring three. It is not a numerological claim that every appearance of three has one cause. The number can count edges of a minimal loop, components of a response cone, families, or a bundle degree; a valid bridge must say which object is being counted and which map preserves the count.
The claim supplies a map or analogy. It becomes a derivation only after an explicit carrier-preserving map and invariant are given.

Treat the passage as organization or analogy unless a cited carrier-preserving map is supplied.
moves a structure between mathematical, physical or ordinary languages.
Provide an explicit map that preserves the claimed structure, then identify an observable consequence that the analogy alone did not supply.
